We proudly serve food from a variety of local suppliers and strive to grow our offerings as we source new partners who meet our standards.

Do you serve food that is gluten free, dairy free, soy free, vegetarian or vegan?

Absolutely! We offer tasty options that accommodate almost any diet. Please see the Nutritional and Dietary Information.

Can I get beef separate from lamb?

Our beef and lamb is marinated with spices, layered thin, and sliced together on a vertical rotisserie, so we cannot separate the two. The combination is composed of about 95 percent beef and 5 percent lamb to give it a traditional flavoring.

Is your meat halal?

VERTS is not currently halal but we are always sourcing new food and will update our information if this changes.

Do you deliver?

VERTS is available for delivery through Favor and UberEats. Delivery coverage varies, so check the app to confirm availability in your area.

Yes, we cater office lunches, special events, graduation parties, celebrations and more.

Can I order VERTS online for pickup?

Yes! You can order VERTS online and pick it up in the restaurant to go. Skip the line all the time!

Where are you currently located?

We currently operate 33 restaurants in and around Austin, Houston, Dallas and San Antonio. We will be opening additional restaurants in Texas as well as expanding to the East Coast in 2016.

Will you open a restaurant in ______?

Do you franchise?

No, we do not. We currently operate all restaurants from a corporate level to ensure consistency and excellence in food and guest experience.

Will you donate or sponsor our event?

We cannot sponsor every event, but we try our best to respond to all requests. Visit our Community page to learn more.

Do you partner with charities?

Absolutely. For example, VERTS donates 100% of the proceeds of sales of sides and drinks for each grand opening to a charity of choice. We also partner with charities on many other initiatives so please write us and tell us about your non-profit. We tend to focus on causes that support wellness, hunger and nutrition, and fitness.

How do I join VERTS Rewards?

Use your smartphone to download the VERTS Rewards app from the Apple App Store or get it on Google Play. Just for signing up, you will earn $2 in credits.

Does it cost anything to sign up?

Signing up for VERTS Rewards is free.

Can I use a physical card instead of the app?

Yes, if you do not have a smartphone you can obtain a VERTS Rewards card at any one of our restaurants. You can use this card to purchase and redeem at VERTS. You can register your card and track progress towards rewards  here.

Keep in mind that you’ll receive extra promotional freebies, including emailed discounts and credits for referring friends, if you use the app.

What rewards do I get?

VERTS Rewards is simple. For every $100 you spend, you get $10 in food credits to use at any VERTS.

Do any menu items count towards my rewards total?

Yes, all menu items including sides and drinks count towards your total. Just remember to use your VERTS Rewards app or card when you make a purchase.

How will I know when I have a reward available?

You can track your rewards on the VERTS Rewards app.

Can I pay through the VERTS Rewards App?

Yes. When you register on the app, you have the option to attach credit or debit cards. If you do this, the card selected as the default card will be charged when you scan your VERTS Rewards app when paying.

Individual transactions will be processed immediately after each transaction for the first 30 days. New users have a pre-set limit of $150/month. After the first month, the app will charge your card monthly, based on the date you registered. You will always get an email receipt for each transaction.

Do I have to attach a payment card to VERTS Rewards?

No. You can use the app to simply track rewards and then pay with cash, credit or debit separately.

Why does the app bill monthly?

Grouping transactions together (like Apple does with iTunes purchases) helps businesses save on payment processing fees, which means bigger and better rewards for you.

How do I change my monthly billing date?

Can I use other coupons when I use my VERTS Rewards app?

Yes. Other discounts, coupons and promotions can be applied when using the VERTS Rewards app or card.
